The hotel has a great location, just a short walk from the historic town center, making it convenient for exploring. The facilities are decent, but the rooms had a musty smell and were quite dusty, which was not ideal. The staff was friendly and helpful, but I think some could use a bit more customer service training. Overall, it's good value for money, especially considering the amenities provided.

My stay at JUFA was overall very pleasant. The rooms were excellent and the kids absolutely loved the lofted area where they could sleep. It was a great layout for families, although I really missed having a fridge in the room. The location is unbeatable, being just a few minutes walk from the center of town and right next to the ancient city walls. However, the service could use some improvement since the staff had a few cold interactions, though they were helpful when needed. Overall, it was a good value for our family trip.

My stay at JUFA was quite pleasant overall. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the town center, and the rooms are decent-sized and very quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, really adding to the experience. While the location is fantastic, being so close to the old town was a major plus, and the rooms were huge and comfortable, I did find the noise level disruptive at night due to unchaperoned kids running around.
